I called Erin when my twin girls were 6 months old and just were not napping in the day. They were also very difficult to put down at bedtime and would wake in the night as well. Erin helped my husband and I with a schedule that, within 4 days, had my girls napping 2-hr naps twice a day and sleeping 12 hrs at night!! Within a week that schedule was perfected. In short: this program restored my sanity! The sleep plan that Erin created for our baby was extremely effective and worked fairly quickly. Within a few nights our once horrible sleeper was sleeping through the night, for 12-13 hour uninterrupted stretches. Naps have also improved tenfold. We also now have no tears at bedtime - just a baby eager to go to sleep.It truly is incredible how he has transformed! In three weeks he has made many physical and cognitive developments. We just finished our two week package with Erin and are beyond happy with the progress we have made. After numerous failed attempts to sleep train myself, and trying every tip and trick friends and family offered we were feeling pretty hopeless. Thank you so much Erin! I had a 9 month old baby girl who just didn't sleep. It was exhausting! My back, knees and body just couldn't handle it anymore. Working with Erin was the best thing I did for my daughter's sleep!
